As co-founder of EYBA, Maria is the driving force behind the program’s practical execution — where strategy turns into action. She has guided numerous SMEs through sales stagnation toward breakthrough results in export markets.
Maria combines energy, empathy, and structure. She doesn’t teach theory — she teaches execution: how to contact 100 potential clients, hold effective meetings, and close deals.
In addition to her role at EYBA, Maria has led hundreds of entrepreneurship hackathons with Junior Achievement Estonia, mentoring young entrepreneurs in developing viable business models and understanding the sales process.
