EYBA helps South Estonian companies go global – from strategy to first clients in just 2 months
On October 13, 2025, EYBA (Expand Your Business Abroad) and the Võru County Development Center launched a hands-on Export Growth Program bringing together 13 ambitious South Estonian companies for an 8-week intensive journey to reach real clients and partners abroad.
The program runs from October 13 to December 5, 2025, guiding participants through every step of building a working export system — from market strategy to first deals.
Turning knowledge into measurable results
The program is led by Leila Haugas, Maria Palk, and Ivan Gonchev – EYBA's international growth experts with extensive experience in export, B2B sales, and e-commerce.
Participants follow EYBA's proven framework:
- Market strategy and target selection
- Customer profiling and contact discovery
- Sales communication and negotiation techniques
- Real outreach and partnership building
By the end of the program, each company will have established real international contacts and taken the first concrete steps in their target market.
EYBA Method – 100% practical approach
Unlike traditional training, this program is entirely action-based. Every week, companies must apply what they learn — reaching out to potential partners, creating sales messages, and analysing responses.
This ensures that by the end of 8 weeks, they have built a functional export process ready to scale.
Participants
13 companies from South Estonia take part in this pilot program — representing various sectors from food production and design to manufacturing and services. They share a common goal: to grow their business internationally.
Starting point: "The ABC of Going Global"
Before the main program, on September 11, 2025, the Võru Development Center hosted the practical seminar "The ABC of Going Global" in Väimela, gathering over 60 entrepreneurs from across South Estonia.
